HOW IT WORKS
Every run deserves
to be found.
Go Find a Run brings group runs, walks, trail runs and races into one place, so a newcomer in town, a traveler or someone lacing up for the first time can find their people. It’s free for runners and free for clubs.
FOR RUNNERS
Find it, check it, go.
Search where you are
Use your location or any city. See weekly club runs, walks, trail runs and races on a list or a map, with run clubs nearby.
See where it came from
Every listing links to its source: the club’s site, a race page or a registration page. If something looks off, it says so.
Go, then stamp your Passport
Save runs to your Passport, tap “I was here” when you go, keep a journal and collect a stamp for every new run, plus a few secret ones.
FOR CLUBS
Your club’s home base.
Most clubs post their runs on Instagram, a group chat or a flyer at the store. That works for people who already know you. A Club Hub helps the people who don’t.
- Claim your free Club Hub. Many clubs are already listed. Tap “Claim this club,” or create one in a couple of minutes.
- Post your runs once. Weekly runs, route changes and cancellations show up in search, on your city’s page and in runners’ Passports.
- One link for everything. Put your Club Hub link in your Instagram bio so new runners always see this week’s plan.
WHY WE’RE BUILDING THIS
Running is better together.
A run club is often how people find friends in a new town, get through a hard season, or show up for their first race. But the clubs that make that happen are hard to find. Small clubs live on social media, schedules change week to week, and someone new has no idea where to start.
Go Find a Run was started by the owner of a local running store in Redding, California, who saw this every day. The goal is simple: make every run in America easy to find, help clubs grow without extra work, and bring more people together on the start line.
HOW LISTINGS STAY RIGHT
We find runs. Then the running community helps keep them right.
- 01
Discover
We pull from official race platforms, running stores, clubs and public event pages, and check them again automatically.
- 02
Verify
We cross-check sources, flag stale details and show where each listing came from. When sites disagree, the card tells you.
- 03
You help
Know a run we’re missing or a time that’s wrong? Share a local run or help confirm one.
SPONSOR THE PROJECT
Help keep it free for every runner and club.
Running stores, brands, races and local businesses can sponsor Go Find a Run in their area. Your support keeps the directory free and puts your name in front of the runners who show up every week.
