Correct or report a listing
For an incorrect event listing, use the existing Report listing control on the affected listing. Include what is wrong and a current organizer or source link when available. Reports are submitted to the site for review and do not automatically remove listings.
Confirm urgent event changes directly with the organizer. This is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
Organizer requests
For organization ownership or imported-listing corrections, sign in and use the organizer tools at /organizer. Include your role and a public source supporting the request. Claims require review. Do not send identity documents through ordinary messages.
Privacy, account and rights concerns
Send privacy, account and rights requests to hello@gofindarun.com.
For a privacy or rights concern, identify the affected page and explain the issue. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information. Do not resend harmful intimate images; identify the page instead.
You can remove individual Running Passport entries with their delete control. There is no self-service account deletion yet; email hello@gofindarun.com to have your account deleted.
Technical and accessibility problems
Email hello@gofindarun.com and describe the page, what you were trying to do and what happened. Browser or device information may help. Avoid screenshots containing passwords or unrelated personal information.
