Pace and participation: Flexible start-table window. AVA map point is for reference only; use organizer driving directions. Discovery Park North Lot. From I-5: Exit #167 Mercer (NB = left-hand exit). Stay on Mercer, 1.7 miles to end, as it goes downhill, veers right and merges onto Elliott Ave. W. Turn RIGHT onto Elliott, then 1.9 miles to "Emerson St / Nickerson St" exit (note, at 0.5 miles, Elliott will veer right to become 15th Ave. W.). Keep to immediate RIGHT lane for "Emerson St". Go over bridge to stop sign. Turn LEFT (Emerson - unmarked), continue 0.5 miles to end of Emerson - at stop sign at Gilman Ave. W. Turn RIGHT on Gilman and continue as it veers LEFT to become W. Government Way, meandering thru a neighborhood. At stop sign at 36th, proceed straight for 100 feet, and turn RIGHT onto Texas Way, for 0.8 miles to a stop sign. Stay STRAIGHT to North Lot. Metro bus 33 stops directly at North Lot.
